Books-A-Million is rolling out Concierge to all 250 of its stores nationwide, empowering its employees with an integrated mobile solution for store associates with key modules for Clienteling, Assisted Selling, and mPOS.

Through Concierge, Books-A-Million store associates have instant mobile access to both online book inventories as well as inventories available at other locations, improving the shopping experience for customers and boosting sales for its stores.
